Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
Can I request custom measurements for my order?
Absolutely. We provide a 'Made-to-Measure' service for our couture pieces. Once you place an order, our concierge team will reach out to guide you through the measurement process via a virtual consultation.
What is your return and exchange policy?
As our garments are custom-made or tailored specifically to your requirements, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we do provide one complimentary alteration service to ensure the perfect fit.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.
